This is a true balancing cable, not one that charges 3 batteries in parallel and relies on self balancing, which is not a very safe method. This one has a balance plug, and your charger will see the three batteries as a single battery of 3 cells in series, and ensure each cell is accurately balanced individually. Also, the item is made of nice soft silicon wire, that bends easily and makes it less likely a connection will be broken where it joins the plug. A lot of cheap cables use stiff wire. To use it, choose the 3 cell lipoly option on your charger, and set your current to the correct value for charging a single cell. I recommend charging at 1C to be safe - i.e. if you are using the 200mAh V911 batteries, you should choose a charging current of 200mA. You can use a higher current, but you risk shortening the life of the batteries. I've attached photos to show how this works. As an added tip, remember NEVER to over discharge your lipolies.
